Development plan for the Praille – Acacias – Vernet sectors in Geneva
PAV Foundation – State of Geneva – 2025-2030
EPPC, in collaboration with the AUC, Zefco, Pleine Terre, RE Aim, and Collectif Vendredi, is supporting the PAV Foundation in the operational implementation of the transformation of the Acacias 1 project sector (16 hectares, 320,000 m2 developed, including 2,230 residential units). This project, which constitutes the largest redevelopment program in the Swiss Romandie region, will run until 2031.
For EPPC, this project consists of stabilizing the programming of the areas (public utility housing, rental housing, owner-occupied housing by floor, active ground floor units, activities and offices), defining the negotiations for the transfer of land rights to prospective investors, and auditing the programs and their economic balance.
The EPPC mission, which began in 2025 and runs until 2030, is in support of a strategy for user innovation that aims to transform an area with a high concentration of economic activity into a place of residential living, cultural amenities, and social interaction on a local level.
