Eymeric de Montauzon
Founding President
Expert in programming and organizing real estate transactions
A graduate of the HEC Master’s in Finance and the DESS in Planning and Urbanism from Sciences-Po Paris, he has professional experience working for private operators (Hammerson PLC) and public developers (EPAMSA, Société d’aménagement de la Ville de Paris).
Since 2011, he has advised numerous public operators in their negotiations with private operators.
He is skilled in operations management, negotiation practice and organizing consultations for the designation of operators (operators, developers, investors, brands).
Marion Nicolas
General Director - MRICS
A graduate of the Master’s in Urban Planning at Sciences Po Paris and of the Certificate in Corporate Finance from ICCF@HEC, RICS VR, Marion specializes in programming, real estate expertise, financial modeling, the setup and execution of transactions.
Felix Arrivé
Director of Operations Installations
A graduate of ESSEC and the Master’s in Urban Planning from Sciences Po Paris, Félix intervenes in operator consultations and manages complex projects in the pre-operational phase. He also oversees the administrative, legal and financial arrangements.
Anne Cerise de Beaurepaire
Director of Programming
Architect HMONP, DUEM from the Dauphine Business School in Paris, Anne-Cerise joined EPPC after 10 years of experience as a general contractor and tertiary and commercial architect. She oversees the functional and technical programming of the projects handled by EPPC.
Jad Tabet
Senior Project Manager
Jad is a graduate architect from the Beirut Academy of Architecture and from the ESSEC Master in Urban and Real Estate Management, and is primarily responsible for the architectural and functional programming of projects.
Nicolas Gougeon
Project Manager
A graduate of the INSA Rennes in Civil Engineering and of the Master 246 from the University of Paris-Dauphine, Nicolas worked on restructuring projects for asset management and real estate expertise before joining EPPC.
He is primarily responsible for project management and expertise.
Franck Maulandi
Project Manager - Senior Analyst
A graduate in Finance (Sciences Po) and in Law (Paris 1 & Diplôme d’avocat), Franck began his career at Altarea, within the Graduate Program. He worked on several asset classes (office, retail & housing) and investment strategies, then within the Altarea Strategy Department as an Analyst in Mergers & Acquisitions.
He is currently responsible for the financial analysis of real estate projects within EPPC.
Léo Huard
Project Manager
A graduate of the Paris School of Urbanism and the Sorbonne Business School, Léo joined EPPC after an initial experience in project management. He is responsible for the feasibility studies and programming of urban projects.
Camille Vaucheret Fagard
EPPC Project Manager
A graduate of the Ecole d’Urbanisme de Paris in urban planning and project management, Camille has a background in geography and urban planning from the University of Paris Cité. She works on various projects within the EPPC agency, at the interface between urban and architectural planning studies and the implementation of operations.
Brigitte Noret
Administrative Assistant
With more than 30 years of experience in administrative assistance, Brigitte joined EPPC to assist the general management in managing the company’s administrative processes.
