Bobigny 2, expert witness mission
EPPC intervenes as an expert advisor to support the co-ownership of the Bobigny 2 shopping center (Unibail – Rodamco, La Française AM, Auchan France, Bobigny Commune) in terms of defining and structuring the programmatic and financial aspects of the project.
EPPC intervenes as an expert advisor to support the co-ownership of the Bobigny 2 shopping center (Unibail – Rodamco, La Française AM, Auchan France, Bobigny Commune) in terms of defining and structuring the programmatic and financial aspects of the project.
Today, this center consists of 60 lots, including a Les Halles Auchan hypermarket with a retail area of approximately 23,000 m² GLA.
