Economic programming of Lyon Part Dieu
EPPC, within the urban design consortium formed by the AUC, is tasked with coordinating the economic programming of the Grand Projet de la Part Dieu by 2024. The main areas of intervention will focus on:
– the creation of a diversified route for the establishment of economic activities,
– the development of co-learning activities for the benefit of the business community in Part Dieu,
– the service and commercial innovation within the active foundations of the projects,
– the diversification of the hotel accommodation offer,
– the implementation of a methodology for the economic and financial evaluation of projects that integrates the dimensions of use and sustainability, in connection with the climate plan for Greater Lyon.
