• Conducting the final selection of operators for the valorization of the Bobigny 2 commercial center and its transformation into a large mixed-use urban heart project with residential, commercial and service functions, on an area of 100,000 m² of SPD, on behalf of Unibail – Rodamco, the French company AM, Auchan France and the city of Bobigny,
• Programming and financial analysis of joint operation programs for the construction of the Grand Paris Express stations (Arcueil, Cachan and Créteil) on behalf of the Société du Grand Paris,
• Feasibility study for the establishment of the 5 continents market in Paris, commissioned by the City of Paris,
• Study of the development strategy of the commercial heart of Marseille,
• Study of the potential for the development of commercial and cultural activities, both permanent and occasional, on the Paris Gare de Lyon Daumesnil site for the SNCF,
• Coordination of the idea solicitation phase with leading commercial real estate operators in order to stabilize the commercial component of the Toulouse Matabiau project, on behalf of SNCF Immobilier and the partners of the Toulouse Euro Sud Ouest project,
• Coordination of programming studies and assistance with negotiations with investor operators and developers responsible for the development of commercial, service-oriented or hotel projects in the Part Dieu area on behalf of SPL Lyon Part Dieu and Grand Lyon, as part of the project management mission carried out by AUC urban planners,
• Execution of structuring missions for project calls in order to develop mixed real estate programs in Antibes, Bordeaux or Lille,
• Execution of commercial programming missions in Nantes, Villeurbanne, Lyon, Paris La Défense,
• Conducting programming studies, financial analysis and feasibility studies for the renovation of a historic building of high importance in Strasbourg on behalf of SPL des Deux Rives,
• Execution of a European audit mission on real estate project management methods in a transport environment, in collaboration with Algoé consultants, on behalf of SNCF Gares & Connexions.
