The distribution of «green value» in the real estate chain
EPPC, in collaboration with the AUC and Eléments Ingénierie, produced in the summer of 2020, on behalf of SPL Part Dieu, an in-depth analysis of the green value in tertiary real estate:
- What is it composed of?
- How to estimate it?
- Who will catch it?
These elements will be put in place in the autumn of 2020 to support a sustainable Part Dieu strategy that will specifically target the existing tertiary buildings built between 1975 and 1990.
