Partnership with the EM Lyon
EPPC assists EM Lyon in identifying and programming its new real estate needs in order to relocate the management school by 2022 to a new landholding located in Lyon Gerland.
This mission illustrates our company's ability to mobilize resources in the real estate sector:
– marked by very strong changes in the business model,
– requiring the development of scalable real estate solutions,
– and whose future exploitation must be planned and validated in full interaction with the sphere of de-materialized activities.
