Commercial establishment in Paris Austerlitz
EPPC was entrusted by SNCF Gares&Connexions with a study mission to optimize and assist in the selection of an operator for the valorization of a commercial package within the scope of the reconfiguration project of the Gare d’Austerlitz in Paris.
EPPC was entrusted by SNCF Gares&Connexions with a study mission to optimize and assist in the selection of an operator for the valorization of a commercial package within the scope of the reconfiguration project of the Gare d’Austerlitz in Paris.
This mission, which began in February 2013, will last 16 months. It is being carried out in collaboration with BET IDRA ingénierie.
This mission is part of EPPC’s core business:
– assistance in operator selection (current assignments in Rennes, Sainte Geneviève des Bois, Nanterre, Strasbourg),
– development of flow commerce (ongoing missions on behalf of the Société du Grand Paris, the RATP, the Grand Lyon and the SPLA Lyon Confluence).
It is also the second mission carried out by EPPC in Paris intra muros after the one carried out on behalf of the City of Paris in the Paris South-West sector.
