EPPC has been recently appointed by the EPAURIF to assist it in programming the 2nd tranche of the Condorcet Campus in Aubervilliers.

The Condorcet Campus is an international scientific project, carried out by 11 institutions of higher education and research in the humanities and social sciences: the EHESS, the National School of Chartes (ENC), the École pratique des hautes études (EPHE), the CNRS, the Maison des sciences de l’homme (FMSH) foundation, the Institut national d’études démographiques (INED), as well as the universities of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, Paris 8 Vincennes-Saint-Denis, Sorbonne Paris Nord, Sorbonne Nouvelle Paris-3 and Paris Nanterre.

The 2nd tranche of the program includes the transfer to the Condorcet site of three research and teaching institutions: the Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales (EHESS), the Ecole Pratique des Hautes Etudes (EPHE), and the Maison des Sciences de l’Homme (MSH), currently located on Boulevard Raspail in Paris.

Our group consists of the firms Avec architecture, Geciba, Quadrim, Axhoma and Qualiconsult.

EPPC advises UNESCO on the redevelopment strategy
from two of its Parisian sites

UNESCO commissioned EPPC to carry out a strategic real estate study of the Organization’s headquarters in Paris. Alongside the companies Qualiconsult, Alternet, Geciba and the Rivière Cabinet, EPPC is assisting UNESCO in developing its heritage approach for the Fontenoy and Miollis/Bonvin sites in the heart of Paris.

The shift in working patterns, accelerated by the health crisis, as well as the transformation of usage patterns and needs, prompts a rethinking of the functioning and services offered by tertiary buildings. The headquarters of the international organization for education, science, and culture, built between 1955 and 1977, must also chart its path towards carbon neutrality.

The group formed around EPPC will advise UNESCO on the determination of the macro-programme, the spatialization of needs, the overall financial model and the modalities of implementation. Legal constraints and financial issues will be integrated into the transformation scenarios.
