Transfer of the Bobigny 2 shopping center to Altarea Cogedim
Since 2013, EPPC has been assisting the co-owners of the Bobigny 2 shopping center (Unibail Rodamco Westfield, La Française REIM, Auchan France, Ville de Bobigny) in the enhancement of this 25,000 m² asset.² built in 1973 in the heart of Bobigny.
This mission resulted in the effective sale of the site to Altarea Cogedim on June 23 last, after all the suspensive conditions of a promise concluded as early as 2017 were lifted.
This sale will enable the effective launch of the Bobigny Cœur de Ville eco-neighborhood this summer, which was entirely built by Altarea Cogedim, on an area of more than 100,000 m².² SDP with more than 1,100 housing units, 13,160 m²² of shops and cinema and 10,000 m² from offices.
This operation is the first large-scale redevelopment project for a partially vacant shopping center in a mixed-use residential eco-district.
