EPPC was appointed alongside architects and urban planners from the AUC, Bas Smets, Pro Développement, Citec, RFR, CMN, Egis and Iosis Concept to support the Lyon Urban Community for a period of 4 years in the operational implementation of the urban and sustainable development plan for the Part Dieu neighborhood.

EPPC will be responsible for the commercial aspect of the project, notably programming the shops and services in the Part Dieu district and assisting Grand Lyon in the upcoming negotiations with investors who are proposing large-scale commercial projects on the site: Unibail – Rodamco and SNCF Gares & Connexions.
