We have decided to now talk to you every quarter about our significant missions carried out during the previous months, in order to better introduce you to the great diversity of our missions.
Whirlpool Amiens industrial site
EPPC was entrusted with the task of considering the conversion of the industrial site of Whirlpool in Amiens, which, beyond its symbolic significance, presents exceptional characteristics in terms of size and the quality of the facilities.
Mercator Océan International
We are supporting MOI, a future international organization based in Toulouse, in determining its real estate needs generated by its rapid growth. MOI, which brings together 6 French, Italian, English, Spanish and Norwegian research entities, provides an essential service of scientific observation of the world’s oceans on behalf of the European Commission.
Campus Condorcet
EPPC advises the EPAURIF and its partners (EpCC, EHESS, FMSH) in the functional programming of the second phase of the Condorcet campus in Aubervilliers on 22,000 m².2.
Real estate holding company
We work in Saclay, Massy and Mantes-la-Jolie to model the financial performance of companies that manage real estate assets (retail, scientific innovation): asset valuation, cash flow reconstitution, financing structure and profitability analysis.
CNIT Paris La Défense
EPPC assists SNCF Réseau in stabilizing the technical, legal, and economic conditions for the future operation of the RER Eole station in La Défense located on the lower side of the CNIT, in collaboration with the project and operation teams of Unibail Rodamco Westfield.
Real estate concession for the renovation of Val de Grâce in Paris
And of course, our teams are mobilized to finalize the functional, technical and performance program for the renovation of the former hospital of the Val de Grâce army (70,000 m²).2) at the global center dedicated to digital health innovation, Paris Santé Campus, alongside our partners EPAURIF, the Ministry of Higher Education and Research, and the Paris Santé Campus Interest Group. This program will lead to a major consultation in 2023 to designate the state partner for the redevelopment and operation of the site.
