Transformation of the Toulouse Basso Cambo commercial site
Call for projects from promoters – investors
After several months of work with the project's various partners (Toulouse Métropole, Immobilière Groupe Casino, Foncière Magellan, etc.), the joint consultation for the sale of the land at the Basso Cambo and Reynerie Est sites in Toulouse has officially been launched.
The first large-scale demonstrator of the policy of renovating peripheral commercial areas, the complete transformation of the Basso Cambo shopping center will be exemplary in terms of functional mixability and land recycling under the objective of «zero net artificialization».
Operators wishing to respond to the consultation have until November 14 to submit their candidacy.
EPPC is very proud to be able to support the’Immobilière Groupe Casino and the Foncière Magellan in view of the implementation of this important renovation project for the Toulouse metropolitan area.
