This process resulted in the examination of the candidacy of 9 groups of developers – investors – managers and in the in-depth analysis of the offers of 3 groups of candidates (Bouygues Immobilier, Nexity and Sogeprom).
EPPC has been acting as the AMO of EPADESA since the end of 2012 on the commercial aspect of the project:

– expertise in programming, merchandising plan, rental rates and proposed values,
– assistance in negotiating with the candidate groups that are called upon to submit a bid,
– assistance in stabilizing the winner’s supply.
